Housing Rehab Program

The City of Holbrook is accepting applications for its Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program, designed to help homeowners make essential repairs and improvements. Funded through the Arizona Department of Housing, this program assists with issues like heating, cooling, plumbing, roofing, ADA accessibility, and energy efficiency.

There are two types of assistance available — Emergency Repair (grants for urgent health and safety repairs) and Moderate Rehabilitation (forgivable 0% loans for larger home projects). Applicants must live within the city limits of Holbrook and meet income eligibility requirements.

The City of Holbrook is still accepting applications for their Housing Rehabilitation Program. Apply while there is still available funding. You can apply online below, download a paper application by clicking here, or pick one up at City Hall, 465 1st Avenue, Holbrook, AZ 86025.

For questions or accommodation requests, please contact Barbara Blythe at (928) 524-6225
