We are reviewing every report and reaching out to the most urgent situations first.

If you checked the permission box, relief organizations helping Holbrook will get your report so they can contact you directly.

While you wait, three things worth doing:

Take photos of everything before you clean up or throw anything away.

Keep receipts for anything the flood forces you to spend money on, including hotel stays.

If you have insurance, call them now. You do not need to wait on us.

If your situation changes or becomes urgent, call City Hall at 928-524-6225. If it is an emergency, call 911.

One more thing. If you know a neighbor who was hit and can’t fill this out online, help them do it or send them our way.
