• Water Supply: Delivering clean, potable water to homes and businesses.

• Wastewater Treatment: Managing and treating wastewater to protect public health and the environment.

• Utility Billing: Set up or manage services using the Customer Utility Card on the Forms & Permits page. Pay bills online via Xpress Bill Pay or at City Hall (see Utility Payments).

• Consumer Confidence Reports: Review water quality details in the Consumer Confidence Report for Calendar Year 2023 – City of Holbrook and Consumer Confidence Report for Calendar Year 2023 – Sun Valley.
