• In-Person at City Hall: Visit City Hall at 465 1st Avenue, Holbrook, AZ 86025, during business hours (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) to pay with cash, credit/debit card, check, or money order. You can also call City Hall at 928-524-6225 to pay using a credit/debit card or checking/savings account.

• Payment Drop Box: Use the secure payment box located between City Hall and the Fitness Center, available 24/7, for check or money order payments.

• Online Payments: Pay securely anytime via Xpress Bill Pay or the Xpress Bill Pay Mobile App using a credit/debit card or checking/savings account. You’ll need your account number to process your payment.

• Mail Payments: Send a check or money order to City Hall, P.O. Box 970, Holbrook, AZ 86025.
