Notice of Public Hearing: Planning and Zoning Commission (August 20, 2026)

The City of Holbrook Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 20, 2026, at 5:15 PM at Holbrook City Hall, 465 N. 1st Ave., Holbrook, AZ 86025, regarding the following requests:

• 827 Mission Ln.: David Smith requests approval of a Zone Change Permit affecting property owned by Jeffers Cattle Co. to change the zoning from Residential Ranch (RR) to Multi-Family Residential (RM-1). This item is being deferred and will not be voted on at this meeting.
• 918 E. Hampshire St.: David Smith requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit affecting property owned by Lamm James B and Jean G to construct two duplexes in the R-7 Single-Family Residential zoning district.
• 328 W. Erie St.: Tricia Seymore requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit to construct one duplex in the R-7 Single-Family Residential zoning district.
