The Holbrook Volunteer Fire Department (HVFD), located at 100 Airport Road, Holbrook, AZ 86025, is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. Led by Chief Alex Baker, 1st Assistant Chief Phillip Rose, and 2nd Assistant Chief Chris Baker, our team of committed volunteers provides essential fire suppression, rescue, emergency response, and disaster management services.

Mission: The Holbrook Volunteer Fire Department is committed to delivering high-level public safety to Holbrook’s residents by protecting lives and property through fire suppression, rescue operations, emergency and disaster management, fire prevention, and public education.

Services:

  • Fire Suppression and Rescue: Rapid response to fires and emergencies to protect the community.

  • Fire Prevention: Education and inspections to promote safety and reduce fire risks.

  • Burn Permits: Required for controlled burns to ensure safety and compliance. Apply for a Burn Permit online.

  • Community Engagement: Training and public education programs, including recent life flight emergency training with Holbrook EMS, Petrified Forest National Park, and Native Air.
