Notice of Public Hearing: C-2 Zoning Text Amendment
The Holbrook City Council will hold public hearings at Holbrook City Hall, 465 N. 1st Avenue, Holbrook, AZ 86025, regarding a proposed text amendment to the Holbrook Zoning Ordinance concerning multifamily residential uses in the C-2 General Commercial zoning district.
The first reading and public hearing is today, August 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The second reading and public hearing will be September 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
The proposed amendment would address motel-to-apartment conversions and other multifamily residential developments as conditional uses in the C-2 district, along with minor revisions intended to improve the organization, clarity, and administration of the zoning ordinance by removing duplicative provisions and clarifying conditional use regulations.
