Planning & Zoning Commission

The City of Holbrook’s Planning and Zoning Commission plays a vital role in shaping the community’s growth and development. Guided by the City of Holbrook’s Mission Statement, “The City of Holbrook Government exists to provide ethical and responsible local government,” the commission ensures that zoning and planning decisions align with the city’s vision for a vibrant Route 66 community.

Responsibilities: The Planning and Zoning Commission serves as the decision-making body for:

• Conditional Use Permits

• Zone Changes

• Various zoning-related matters

The commission also provides recommendations to the Holbrook City Council on:

• Zoning and rezoning proposals

• Preliminary plats

• General plan amendments

Meetings:

• Schedule: 3rd Thursday of each month, as needed, at 5:15 p.m.
