About the Finance Director: Randy Sullivan Jr., a Holbrook native since age two, graduated from Holbrook High School in 1997 and earned dual degrees in BS Accounting and BS Business Administration from Northern Arizona University in 2004. With a career spanning administrative services at Navajo County and roles as Holbrook’s Finance Director since 2008, Assistant City Manager in 2009, and Interim City Manager from 2016–2017, Randy brings deep expertise to the department. He is married to Jennifer Sullivan, and they have five daughters.
