Finance Director

I was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Holbrook when I was 2 years old when my father got out of the army. I am married to Jennifer Sullivan and we have 5 daughters. I graduated from Holbrook High School in 1997 then went to NAU, graduating in 2004 with a dual degree in BS Accounting BS Business Administration.

I worked in administrative services for Navajo County followed by City of Holbrook Finance Director starting in 2008. In 2009 I served as Assistant City Manager and from 2016 to 2017 I served as Interim City Manager.

The City of Holbrook Finance Department manages the City’s financial resources and provides support services to the City’s management.  The department is depended upon for budget forecasting, debt management, accounting, financial reporting, utility billing, and revenue collection.

The department engages in the development of sound fiscal policies.  Our efforts are placed on internal controls, accountability, accuracy and transparency of financial transactions and documentation while complying with state and federal regulations.
