Services: The City Clerk provides essential support to the Mayor and City Council by:
Preparing and distributing City Council agenda packets for regular, special, and work session meetings.
Attending all Council meetings and preparing official minutes to document proceedings.
Managing City elections to ensure fair and transparent processes.
Maintaining and recording permanent legal documents for the City.
Updating and codifying the Holbrook Municipal Code Book to reflect current ordinances.
